Duck Image Studio has come up with a brilliant concept design, an e-paper scale. While the shape resembles a traditional scale, it is much more functional and aesthetically pleasing. In addition to the e-paper scale being as thin as a bath mat, it is waterproof and can also be rolled up for storage. This concept design exemplifies why designers are falling in love with e-paper technology. Its applications are unobtrusive, dynamic, low power consuming, and just plain beautiful!

I could imagine how this could be marketed to the health conscious. They could bring it to the gym, or when they jog. It fits just about anywhere.
